You will receive an email confirmation from RainbowBoat™ provided an order number. No order number received, it means your order is not completed. If it happens, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping Fee

Hong Kong
We offer FREE delivery on orders more than HK$200.00. For purchases below this amount, there is HK$35.00 of delivery charge per order made.
Postage is included in each magazine subscription.

China and Macau
Please contact us in advance for book order.
Additional postage of HK$100 is charged per magazine subscription.

Delivery Time
Please allow 2 weeks for delivery upon receipt of order confirmation and payment. If you have not received any order confirmation, please contact us asap.
For Books OnDemand Service, we'll advise delivery lead time for each request.

Return and Exchange Policy
Following conditions will apply for any return and exchange:
1. Publication defects such as missing page or wrong paging.
2. Printing defects such as smudged printing.
3. In the event of the book ordered being defective we will replace it with a new copy.
4. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill the order due to stock unavailability, you will receive a full refund for the book.
Customers are required to return the book to our office for exchange and refund request.
