For Hong Kong customers, payment can be made via ATM / Internet Banking / Direct Bank-in / Phone Banking transfer to the following account. For overseas customers, payment can be made by bank remittance to the following accounts. Please fax the proof of payment with order number to +852 8201 1189. Orders will be shipped out upon receipt of full payments.

Order Confirmations
You will receive an email confirmation from RainbowBoat™ provided an order number. No order number received, it means your order is not completed. If it happens, please contact us as soon as possible.
Order Cancellation
Order takes immediate effective when customer pressed "Confirm Order" button although payment is not made. Each order is valid 15 working days. During this processing period, customer cannot cancel the order unless one of the following situations happened:
1. RainbowBoat.com failed in delivery per the promise delivery date shown on our website or from the date we have provided further notice.
2. Customers ordered the wrong book owing to the incorrect product description shown in our website.
3. Item is out of stock or out of print.
Discrepancies, Errors or Change of Order
Customer is responsible to report any diescrepancies, errors or any changes needed on each order you have made online via email within THREE Days of Receipt of order confirmation.
Sales Tax
RainbowBoat.com do not collect sales tax. However, shipments in some countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your local customs offices for more information.
